xTool O1 Omni jig for 2 in round acrylic keychain blanks
With 0.3 mm clearance per side, 4 mm webs and a 10 mm margin, the xTool O1 Omni (UV printer)'s 330 × 420 mm work area fits 40 pockets for 2 in round acrylic keychain blanks, in 8 staggered rows. A straight grid would hold 35; offsetting every other row by half a pocket gains 5.

What to know before you cut
The 0.3 mm starting clearance assumes a 3D-printed jig without hole compensation. Cut the test-fit coupon (0.0 to 0.5 mm) in the generator before the full plate: blanks from different suppliers vary, and printed holes usually come out slightly undersize.
As a 3D-printed plate 3.6 mm thick with 1.6 mm deep pockets, each 3.18 mm blank stands 1.58 mm proud of the jig and its top is 5.2 mm above the bed.
This staggered layout cannot be split into 256 mm tiles without cutting through pockets; switch to a grid in the generator, trim the plate, or print it on a larger printer.
Adjust this jig
The generator below starts from this machine and blank. Change the clearance, layout or jig build, then download the files.
