xTool O1 Omni jig for airPods 4 case blanks
With 0.3 mm clearance per side, 4 mm webs and a 10 mm margin, the xTool O1 Omni (UV printer)'s 330 × 420 mm work area fits 42 pockets for airPods 4 case blanks, in 7 rows of 6 with the blanks turned 90°. Staggering the rows does not help with this shape, so the grid is the best layout.

What to know before you cut
The 0.3 mm starting clearance assumes a 3D-printed jig without hole compensation. Cut the test-fit coupon (0.0 to 0.5 mm) in the generator before the full plate: blanks from different suppliers vary, and printed holes usually come out slightly undersize.
As a 3D-printed plate 8 mm thick with 6 mm deep pockets, each 21.2 mm blank stands 15.2 mm proud of the jig and its top is 23.2 mm above the bed.
The full 330 × 420 mm plate is larger than a 256 mm 3D-printer bed. The 3MF from the generator splits it into 4 tiles along the webs between pockets, so no pocket is cut in half; glue them to a flat backing board and push it into the same corner of the bed each time.
The 14 mm corner radius is an estimate; measure one blank and adjust it in the generator if the corners bind.
